2002 ൽ കേരളത്തിലെ ആദ്യത്തെ ദിനപത്രമായ ദീപിക പത്രത്തിൽ പ്രവർത്തിച്ചു തുടങ്ങി. പിന്നീട് മംഗളം ദിനപത്രം, കന്യക മാഗസിൻ, കേരളാ ടൈംസ്, കേരളാ കൗമുദി, ജനയുഗം എന്നീ പത്ര സ്ഥാപനങ്ങളിൽ ജോലി ചെയ്തു. പിന്നീട് 2014 ൽ  മലബാർ ശബ്ദം എന്ന പേരിൽ മലയാളത്തിൽ ഒരു online news potal  തുടങ്ങി. പ്രിൻ്റ് മീഡിയയോടുള്ള താൽപര്യം കാരണം മലബാർ ശബ്ദം ദ്വൈമാസ പ്രസിദ്ധീകരണം, വിശേഷാൽ പതിപ്പുകൾ എന്നിവ പ്രസിദ്ധീകരിച്ചു വരുന്നു. 2008 മുതൽ  Malabar sabdam online news chanel പ്രവർത്തനം തുടങ്ങി.  .ഇതിന് പുറമെ കഴിഞ്ഞ 16 വർഷക്കാലമായി OUT DOOR ADVERTISING രംഗത്ത് FESIVAL  MEDIA AND ADVERTISING എന്ന സ്ഥാപനത്തിന് തുടക്കമിട്ടു. കോഴിക്കോടും കൊയിലാണ്ടിയിലുമായി രണ്ട് സ്ഥാപനങ്ങൾ നിലവിൽ പ്രവർത്തിച്ച് വരുന്നു. കൂടാതെ കേരള പത്ര പ്രവർത്തക അസോസിയേഷൻ സംസ്ഥാന കമ്മിറ്റി അംഗം, കോഴിക്കോട് ജില്ലാ ട്രഷറർ, എക്സിബിഷൻ വർക്കേഴ്‌സ് യൂണിയൻ സംസ്ഥാന കമ്മിറ്റി അംഗം , യൂണിയൻ്റെ മീഡിയാ കോ-ഓർഡിനേറ്റർ എന്നീ നിലകളിൽ (പവർത്തിക്കുന്നു.ഇതിന് പുറമെ കൊയിലാണ്ടി നഗരസഭയുടെ സൗന്ദര്യവത്കരണപ്രവർത്തിയുമായി ബന്ധപ്പെട്ട് യു.എ ഖാദർ പാർക്ക്, clock Tower, evening Park , എന്നിവ നിർമ്മിച്ചു.  ഇതിൻ്റെ ഭാഗമായി   വനം വകുപ്പ് മന്ത്രി കൊയിലാണ്ടിയിൽ വെച്ച് നടന്ന ചടങ്ങിൽ ആദരിച്ചു. 

കേരള ബിജെപിയുടെ പ്രമുഖ വനിതാമുഖം. നിലവിൽ മഹിളാ മോർച്ചയുടെ സംസ്ഥാന അധ്യക്ഷയായി പ്രവർത്തിക്കുന്നു. പാർട്ടിയുടെ വനിതാ സംഘടനയായ മഹിളാമോർച്ച ശക്തിപ്പെടുത്തുന്നതിലും, സംസ്ഥാനതലത്തിൽ പ്രവർത്തനങ്ങൾ ഏകോപിപ്പിക്കുന്നതിലും നവ്യഹരിദാസ് സജീവ പങ്കാളിത്തം വഹിക്കുന്നു. ബാലഗോകുലത്തിലൂടെയാണ് നവ്യഹരിദാസ് പൊതുപ്രവർത്തന രംഗത്ത് എത്തുന്നത്. രാഷ്ട്രീയ ജീവിതം കോഴിക്കോട് നഗരത്തിലെ കാരപ്പറമ്പ് വാർഡിൽ നിന്നും, തിരഞ്ഞെടുക്കപ്പെട്ട കൗൺസിലർ എന്ന നിലയിൽ നവ്യ ഹരിദാസ് പ്രവർത്തിക്കുന്നു. തുടർച്ചയായി ഒരേ വാർഡിൽ നിന്നും തെരഞ്ഞെടുക്കപ്പെട്ട കൗൺസിലർ കൂടിയാണ് നവ്യ. കോഴിക്കോട് കോർപ്പറേഷനിൽ ബിജെപി പാർലമെന്ററി പാർട്ടി നേതാവായി പാർട്ടിയുടെ കൗൺസിലർമാരെ ഏകോപിപ്പിക്കുന്നതിലും ,നഗരസഭാ രാഷ്ട്രീയത്തിൽ പാർട്ടിയുടെ നിലപാടുകൾ മുന്നോട്ട് വെക്കുന്നതിലും നവ്യ ഹരിദാസ് പ്രധാന പങ്ക് വഹിച്ചിട്ടുണ്ട്. പ്രാദേശിക രാഷ്ട്രീയത്തിൽ നിന്നാരംഭിച്ച് സംസ്ഥാനതല രാഷ്ട്രീയത്തിലേക്ക് വളർന്ന നേതാവാണ് നവ്യ. തിരഞ്ഞെടുപ്പ് രാഷ്ട്രീയത്തിൽ നവ്യ ഹരിദാസ് സംസ്ഥാന രാഷ്ട്രീയത്തിലും ദേശീയ രാഷ്ട്രീയത്തിലും ശ്രദ്ധേയമായ മത്സരങ്ങൾ നടത്തിയിട്ടുണ്ട്. • 2024-ലെ വയനാട് ലോക്സഭ ഉപതിരഞ്ഞെടുപ്പിൽ എൻഡിഎ സ്ഥാനാർത്ഥിയായി മത്സരിച്ച് യുഡിഎഫ് സ്ഥാനാർത്ഥിയായ പ്രിയങ്ക ഗാന്ധിക്കെതിരെ ശ്രദ്ധേയമായ മത്സരം കാഴ്ച വച്ച് ദേശീയ ശ്രദ്ധ ആകർഷിച്ചു • 2021-ലെ കേരള നിയമസഭ തിരഞ്ഞെടുപ്പിൽ കോഴിക്കോട് സൗത്ത് മണ്ഡലത്തിൽ നിന്നും ബിജെപി സ്ഥാനാർത്ഥിയായി മത്സരിച്ചു. ഈ മത്സരങ്ങൾ നവ്യയെ സംസ്ഥാനതലത്തിൽ കൂടുതൽ ശ്രദ്ധേയയാക്കി. വിദ്യാഭ്യാസവും തൊഴിൽ പശ്ചാത്തലവും രാഷ്ട്രീയത്തിലേക്ക് എത്തുന്നതിന് മുൻപ് നവ്യ സോഫ്റ്റ്വെയർ എൻജിനീയർ ആയി ജോലി ചെയ്തിരുന്നു. കോഴിക്കോട് ജില്ലയിലെ കെഎംസിടി എൻജിനീയറിങ് കോളേജിൽ നിന്ന് ബി.ടെക് ബിരുദം നേടി. സാങ്കേതിക മേഖലയിലെ അനുഭവം, സംഘടനാ പ്രവർത്തനങ്ങളിലും രാഷ്ട്രീയ പ്രവർത്തനങ്ങളിലും ഉപയോഗപ്പെടുത്താൻ സാധിക്കുന്നു കുടുംബം നവ്യ ഹരിദാസിന്റെ ഭർത്താവ് ഷോബിൻ ശ്യാം ആണ്. ഇവർക്കു രണ്ട് കുട്ടികളുണ്ട്. കുടുംബജീവിതത്തോടൊപ്പം രാഷ്ട്രീയ പ്രവർത്തനങ്ങളും സംഘടനാ ചുമതലകളും അവർ മുന്നോട്ട് കൊണ്ടുപോകുന്നു. സംഘടനാ നേതൃത്വം 2025 ജൂലൈയിൽ ബിജെപി ,നവ്യ ഹരിദാസിനെ മഹിളാ മോർച്ചയുടെ സംസ്ഥാന അധ്യക്ഷയായി നിയമിച്ചു. സംസ്ഥാനത്ത് വനിതകളെ കൂടുതലായി രാഷ്ട്രീയത്തിലേക്ക് ആകർഷിക്കുന്നതിലും, വനിതാ ശാക്തീകരണ പ്രവർത്തനങ്ങൾ ശക്തിപ്പെടുത്തുന്നുന്നതിലും നവ്യ ശ്രദ്ധ കേന്ദ്രീകരിച്ചുവരുന്നു.

“വാക്കുകൾക്കപ്പുറം പ്രവർത്തനം” കേരള രാഷ്ട്രീയത്തിൽ പ്രവർത്തനത്തിലൂടെ വിശ്വാസം നേടിയ നേതാവാണ് അഡ്വ. തോമസ് ഉണ്ണിയാടൻ. വൈക്കം സ്വദേശി,വിദ്യാർത്ഥി രാഷ്ട്രീയത്തിൽ നിന്ന് ഉയർന്ന് ജനഹൃദയങ്ങളിൽ ഉറച്ച സ്ഥാനം നേടിയ ജനപ്രതിനിധിയായി മാറി. ഇരിങ്ങാലക്കുടയിൽ നിന്ന് മൂന്ന് തവണ MLA ആയി വിജയിച്ചു, ഇന്ത്യയിലെ ആദ്യ 100% വൈദ്യുതീകരിച്ച മണ്ഡലം സൃഷ്ടിക്കുകയും, വിദ്യാഭ്യാസ രംഗത്ത് പൂർണ്ണ കമ്പ്യൂട്ടർ സാക്ഷരതയിലൂടെ പുതിയ മാതൃക സൃഷ്ടിക്കുകയും ചെയ്തു. ആരോഗ്യം, റോഡുകൾ, കുടിവെള്ളം, അടിസ്ഥാന സൗകര്യങ്ങൾ എന്നിവയിൽ വലിയ മാറ്റങ്ങൾ കൊണ്ടുവന്നു.  “ജനങ്ങളുടെ MLA” എന്ന വിശേഷണത്തിന് യോജിച്ച പ്രവർത്തനമാണ് കാഴ്ചവെച്ചത്. ദുരന്തകാലങ്ങളിലും ജനങ്ങളോടൊപ്പം നിന്നു പ്രവർത്തിച്ചു. തോമസ് ഉണ്ണിയാടൻ ഇന്ന് ഒുരു നേതാവ് എന്നതിനപ്പുറം ഇരിങ്ങാലകുടക്കാർക്ക് ഒരു വിശ്വാസത്തിന്റെ പേരായി മാറിയിരിക്കുന്നു.
