About Me

T. P. Asharafali is a prominent youth leader and politician from Kerala who currently serves as the MLA of Kondotty. Born on May 12, 1982, in Edakkara, Nilambur, he began his public life through student politics in the MSF and steadily rose through various leadership positions at local, district, state, and national levels. Known for his strong activism and organizational leadership, Asharafali gained recognition through student movements, public protests, and youth-focused initiatives. He served as MSF State General Secretary, State President, and later became the founding National President of the MSF National Committee. During his leadership, several impactful initiatives such as Haritha, Medifed, Techfed, and educational support programs were launched. He also served as a member of the Malappuram District Panchayat, where he focused on development, education, and welfare projects. In 2020, he represented India in the International Visitor Leadership Program conducted by the U.S. State Department. In the 2026 Kerala Assembly Election, he won the Kondotty Assembly constituency as the Indian Union Muslim League candidate with a significant majority, marking a major milestone in his political career.

MLA, Kondotty Constituency 

National General Secretary, Muslim Youth League 

Alongside politics, he is pursuing PhD research in Islamic Studies at Jamia Hamdard. T.P. Asharafali is widely recognized for his grassroots political work, youth engagement, and commitment to public service.
